oi pessoal! tudo bem?

bom pessoal, nunca deu esses tipo de prblema, mais agora veja o que acontece quando fui abrir o wuala.
não consegui pegar tudo que estava na tela, mais consegui pegar isso aqui que vai logo abaixo!
gostaria de saber o que é isso, e se isso acontece com vocês também?
me dá uma forcinha aí pessoal!

I have installed Wuala, but cannot start it. Why?

This can have various reasons. Maybe you are behind a restrictive firewall that blocks all non-web traffic which is often the case in corporate networks.
Under Windows XP, you must be logged in as administrator to run Wuala. Older Windows versions are not supported. On apple computers, you need OS X 10.4
(Tiger) or later.

It says that I use XY of storage, but I do not have any files stored!

Did you check your folder "Group Postings" under "My Files"? You might have some files stored there which you have posted to a group.

My files are blocked! Why?

If enough other users report your files as inappropriate, they will get blocked. This means that no one can access or download your files anymore. If you
think they have been blocked accidentally, you may unblock your files again (right-click > unblock) in most cases. As the owner of the file, you will still
be able to copy or move it. You will be able to access it again as soon as it is private (e.g. by copying it to a private folder or setting its folder
to private again).

There's a problem with Wuala. What's the current status?

I cannot edit my files. Why?

In order to edit your files, you need to enable the file system integration. This can be found under
Settings
> "General".

Wuala crashed repeatedly on startup. What can I do?

If Wuala crashes repeatedly on startup, it might help to delete its local cache. In particular, you can delete the following folders in your Wuala folder:

• Programs*
• Data/Meta
• Data/Local2
list end
Please be aware that all unconfirmed changes will be lost when doing so. By default the folders can be found in:

Windows XP:

%APPDATA%Wuala, e.g. C:Documents and SettingsLuziusApplication DataWuala

Windows Vista:

%APPDATA%Wuala, e.g. C:UsersLuziusAppDataLocalWuala

OS X:

UsersYOURNAMELibraryApplication SupportWuala

Linux:

~/wuala

My storage quota seems to be wrong!

You can check your quota by right-clicking the file and choose "Properties" and click on "Check". You will probably need to log in again.

It says: "Could not sign in to Wuala. Please make sure that your internet connection is working". What now?

There could be various reasons for this:

• Firewall
• Proxy
• Norton security suite or something similar
• Bad connection (e.g. Wlan)
• Only http connections are supported
• Connection is overloaded

Buttons do not react on mouse click (Linux)

Linux distributions that use GTK 2.18 (or newer), need an environment variable for Wuala to work correctly. We include the necessary configuration in our
startup script, but if the buttons do not work correctly, this configuration should be checked. The startups script is named 'wuala' and located in the
installtion folder of Wuala (e.g. ~/wuala). The script has to contain the command 'GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=true'. Either directly before the call to Java 'GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=true
$JAVA -ea -Xmx256m -jar ./loader2.jar -installed "$@"' or on a line before this call as 'export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=true'.

Why does Finder on Mac OS show me the wrong amount of space?

Currently the finder will likely show you a wrong amount of storage in the information window. That is because the finder initializes the Wuala drive before
you log in to the Wuala client. Therefor the finder can't evaluate the correct storage. Even after logging in, the finder won't update the status. We are
working on a solution for this issue.
